Exercising on a regular basis does more than keep our bodies moving, it is necessary for maintaining a healthy brain as we age. Plus, you have to take care of yourself first in order to maintain quality of life, so that you have the energy to pursue your interests and relationships. How we approach body maintenance and brain health impacts our well-being and directly affects what benefits we can gain.
In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure you can recognize positive moments in your life, you must give yourself the tools you need to make it happen. Invest in yourself and work with me to find what works for you!
Choosing to live a healthy and fulfilling life requires daily choices that are accompanied by actions!
Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a process of change and growth- towards a mentally and physically sustainable lifestyle.
Change and growth come from the exercise of will power (some call it mental discipline) and when we use it, like our bodies, our will power gets stronger.
Laughing as one component of thoughtfully delivered movement exercises provides vital conditioning for postural and facial muscles while strengthening the sense of connection to our inner Joy.
Laura Lou facilitates , virtual “Exercise with Laughter” programs that include exercises for seniors (and everyone, really!).
