10 MINUTE MOVEMENT BREAK

Get out of your head and into the moment! Take a lighthearted break from your day for moving within the comfortable range of motion for your body in the moment. MOVEMENT & VOICE BREAK AT THE WORKPLACE

In the conference room or the warehouse, gather employees and managers to move, breathe and be mindfully present together. Expertly facilitated to encourage reluctant exercisers and natural movers alike to safely engage the body for improved mood and focus.

FITNESS FUNDAMENTALS FOR THE RELUCTANT
Book a 30 minute assessment to get into this one-on-one training program of 50 minute sessions, 3 days a week for 2 weeks with an additional 10 minute zoom or phone chat each week for questions and suggestions. Learn strategies and techniques to get yourself moving and in the mood to exercise. Progress will be as slow as necessary to master proper form for all exercises and care will be taken to establish proper attitude/internal motivation. We will focus on moving inside the comfortable range of motion for your body and learn how to make the most of the exercises we do. Learn to work smarter and with more compassion for yourself and the body that carries you through life. Breath control and vocal production exercises will be included in each session; humming, sighing, singing and laughing are all exercises in this program; we will address the whole “athlete”, not just the muscles : ) Take a step today that you’ll thank yourself later, LauraLou is ready to support you in your Life’s fitness journey!
Life Enrichment Programs for Communities & Groups

Circus Talk
1 hr | $140
We will find a time that works for all our schedules, weekly class times may limit availability —– LauraLou talks about her experience attending RBBB Clown College in 1986, performing for the RBBB Circus Blue Unit and living on the circus train 1987-91. Slide show filled with personal snapshots and images from backstage is accompanied by rich and varied stories. Q&A at the end of the program will engage and educate, providing topics for conversations and reminiscence long after the “show” has moved on. This is a great way to introduce LauraLou as a presenter and educator to your community or group.

FAMILY GATHERING LAUGHTER PRACTICE
30 min | $45
Gather your family near and far online for a seated Zoom session filled with light-hearted and mindful exercises that everyone can do. LauraLou will facilitate a “check-in” at the beginning of the session, with each member of the family encouraged to share or ask questions.

Before the pandemic LauraLou was following a passion for movement and fitness by leading group exercise classes for elders in the community and in Retirement facilities in the Greater Portland area. During those years she followed a passion for being joyfully present by including Laughter Yoga© principles and exercises in all programs = mindful breathing, pain free movement and connecting with our inner joy.
