Expressive Arts & Mindfulness

Choosing to live a healthy and fulfilling life requires daily choices that are accompanied by actions!

Change and growth come from the exercise of will power (some call it mental discipline) and when we use it, like our bodies, our will power gets stronger.

Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a process of change and growth-  towards a mentally and physically sustainable lifestyle.

Laughing as one component of thoughtfully delivered movement exercises provides vital conditioning for postural and facial muscles while strengthening the sense of connection to our inner Joy.

Laura Lou facilitates , virtual “Exercise with Laughter” programs that include exercises for seniors (and everyone, really!).

Exercise classes for People with Parkinson’s Disease are offered 3 days weekly.

Enjoy exercising again or for the first time, schedule a meeting with me so we can talk about your needs.
